Refund Policy

• There will be a 15% administrative fee charged on all registration refunds (unless the board votes to waive the fee).      
  
• All refund requests must be received in writing/email (to the Registrar) prior to the formation of the teams on Draft Day.
• No refunds will be issued after that time unless extenuating circumstances exist. In this situation, a board vote may take place to decide on the appropriateness of a refund.
